1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the prohibited uses of Salama Hosting services. All users must comply with this policy to ensure a safe and reliable hosting environment.
2. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use our services for: illegal activities, distributing malware or viruses, unauthorized access to systems, hosting phishing websites, cryptocurrency mining, sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), or any activity that degrades server performance for other users.
3. Resource Usage
Shared hosting accounts must not use excessive CPU, memory, or bandwidth that impacts other users. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that consistently exceed fair usage limits.
4. Content Guidelines
All hosted content must comply with the laws of Uganda. Content that is defamatory, obscene, promotes violence, or infringes intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.
5. Enforcement
Violations may result in warning, service suspension, or termination without refund. Salama Hosting reserves the right to take immediate action in cases of severe violations.
