Salama Hosting provides web hosting, domain registration, website design, and related internet services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payment Terms
All services are billed in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Late payments may result in service suspension. We accept Mobile Money, PayPal, and bank transfers.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services for illegal activities, distributing malware, sending spam, hosting phishing sites, or any activity that violates applicable laws of Uganda or international regulations.
6. Service Level Agreement
We guarantee 99.9% server uptime. In the event of downtime exceeding this guarantee, customers may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA documentation.
7. Limitation of Liability
Salama Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Data may be deleted 30 days after termination.
