1. Definition of Spam
Spam includes any unsolicited bulk email, commercial messages sent without prior consent, messages with forged headers, and any email that violates the CAN-SPAM Act or similar regulations.
2. Prohibited Email Practices
Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial email, using purchased or harvested email lists, spoofing email headers or sender information, operating open mail relays, and sending emails that contain malware or phishing links.
3. Email Sending Limits
All shared hosting accounts are limited to 500 emails per hour. Accounts exceeding this limit may be temporarily suspended. For higher email volumes, please contact us for dedicated email solutions.
4. Consequences
Accounts found sending spam will be immediately suspended without prior notice. Repeat offenders will be permanently terminated without refund. Salama Hosting may report violations to relevant authorities.
